Payment Options
We offer several ways of making tuition payments, so that you can choose the one that fits you best. We accept checks and credit/debit cards onsite, online payments, and can even set up automatic payments.
On site: We accept checks, credit cards, debit cards, cash, Flex Plan debit cards, and we participate in the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP). The goal of this program is to provide access to quality child care that allows parents to work, attend education and training programs, etc. Childcare services through the CCAP are purchased from licensed, certified and registered providers (see details below).

Online: We use Square to send weekly invoices via email for your convenance.

NEED HELP PAYING FOR CHILDCARE?
Contact the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP). Applications can be taken in the Department for Community Based Services offices in all 120 counties, by phone toll free at (855)459-6328 or online at kynect.ky.gov.

YEAR-END STATEMENT
New Beginnings will provide you with a digital year-end statement when it becomes available. This statement is meant to assist with your income tax preparation and information contained within the statement should reflect your personal records (check copies, receipts and other information) to determine the appropriate amounts of dependent care when preparing your tax return.
